The staff were super friendly. the included breakfast had options. the location is perfect. I found some cool shops near by. i liked that the room felt secure, that's very important to me.
The room felt really small. It's a queen room that felt very tiny and didn't match what i was expecting!

My room had crisp cotton sheets and fluffy towels. The staff replaced all linens daily. there was also a small fridge in my room, very useful for keeping drinks cold. i used the hairdryer and found it very efficient.

breakfast includes tea, coffee and water options and also fruits. you get to choose a few items from a menu, i think there's about four options total. there is a pub just next door if you want food later.

the hotel has great bus connections to get to tube stops. you can reach regent street after a short bus journey that take you about 15 mn.

i found my room quite small. the space felt cramped, and it was difficult to move around comfortably. also, the breakfast options were limited. there wasn't much variety, and i felt disappointed with the selection of food.

The room was surprisingly spacious for an inner city hotel. I found Illy coffee in my room. It started my days perfectly. The location was very convenient. My office was only ten minutes away, such a great perk.
The room felt really dusty, I noticed it especially on the surfaces. It was a bit off-putting. I would have preferred cleaner conditions.

the check-in was smooth with a friendly smile! the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. complimentary tea and coffee were available, and toiletries were provided. the staff stored our bags when we explored the city.
The breakfast was limited. the continental breakfast lacked variety, only including croissants. fruit was unprocessed. I found it mushy.

The room was clean upon my arrival and the staff were helpful.
I found the breakfast options severely limited. The selection consisted only of two boiled eggs and a croissant. I expected more variety from the included breakfast.
